Ingredients

  • 260g fresh tuna loin (cubed)
  • 8ml coconut aminos
  • 12ml sesame oil
  • 6g lime juice
  • 1g sea salt
  • 1g grated fresh ginger
  • 2g toasted sesame seeds
  • 4g onion leeks, sliced
  • 2g nori sheets, cut into strips
  • 400g cauliflower (processed into rice-like texture)
  • pinch of sea salt
  • pinch of black ground pepper
  • 8g coconut oil

Directions

    Tuna Poke: In a mixing bowl, combine the fresh tuna cubes with coconut aminos, sesame oil, lime juice, grated ginger, and sea salt. Mix well to coat the tuna evenly.
