Ingredients

  • 1 pack arugula (around 125 grams)
  • 8 pieces cherry tomato, cut into halves
  • 200 grams feta cheese, cubed
  • 1 handful pomegranate seeds
  • 60 ml lemon juice
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 60 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
