Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, sliced lengthwise
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 piece lemon, juiced
  • 2 pieces garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
  • parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

    Place the cauliflower on a cutting board and slice it into 3⁄4 to 1 - inch steaks. You’ll typically get 4 large steaks.

    Pre heat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay cauliflower steaks on the prepared baking sheet

    In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, lemon juice, garlic, onion powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.

    Brush both sides of each steak with the marinade.

    Roast cauliflower steaks in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Flip and brush tops with remaining mixture.
